At the Jolly butcher's, delicatessen and caterer, meats are selected on the spot from the region's finest producers. The beef comes from breeds bred for their meat on Ardennes farms (Aubrac, Parthenaise, Blonde d'Aquitaine...) and the pork, which is also used to prepare home-made charcuterie, comes from farms in the Ardennes and Aisne.
