A good step into the wonderful world of Ardèche charcuterie. Label Rouge meat and poultry, roast veal, lamb chops and entrecôte are highly recommended, but of course you must try all the home-made charcuterie, sausages and mountain sausage, andouillette and godiveaux, as well as the butcher's preparations.
