Biscuit bakery Navarro isn't just a TV series from the late 90s, it's also an excellent family-run cookie factory that can be found at markets and fairs. Creations to suit the occasion, such as navette à la chataîgne or macaron à la courge. More classic, we unconditionally love the soft almond amaretti flavored with almonds, lemon and salted butter caramel; the cannelés or the rochers. No supermarkets, just fresh, carefully-crafted products.
