Bertrand Beucher has been in the business for four generations. The family took over an old store to set up a charcuterie in 1990. Today, you'll find all the company's specialities, such as boudin, chestnut sausage, rillettes and terrines, many of which have won awards in various competitions. The catering business is also highly developed.
