Cheese dairy
A rigorous, uncompromising producer who bases his production on the values of organic farming, using traditional methods. Twice a week, on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, you can buy his mature cow, goat and ewe cheeses, as well as yoghurts and dairy desserts. Bernard Gaborit also distributes his products throughout France (nearly 1000 retail outlets!).
