Bakery Bélen Bakery, open from 8am to 6pm non-stop, is the latest coffee shop-bakery-pâtisserie that's all the rage, just a stone's throw from the Trocadéro. At the heart of the treats is the dynamic Bélen, who tirelessly puts her talents into action to offer suggestions made by hand, with passion and respect for her customers. Sourdough breads made from certified flours - often with Bordeaux Red wheat - are the perfect accompaniment to any dish. Travel cakes, croissants, pains au chocolat and apple turnovers are a delight for young and old alike. Pastries for receptions are available to order. At lunchtime, your taste buds can take a trip to Argentina with recipes such as baked empanadas and pistachio rolls.
