Bakery Béchu on the one hand, with its catering business, and Béchu on the other, with its bakery and snack bar: this is one of the big names in the Victor Hugo district, very popular at lunchtime with its many options, tea room, pastries, after croissants and sandwiches, savoury tarts, quiches and croques. Speciality breads are also a big hit (fig raisin, apricot mango raisin hazelnut...), as are seasonal fruit tarts, cakes, choux pastries..
