Christophe and Corinne Beaufils are the second generation of charcutiers-traiteurs in the pretty town of Bergerac. Specializing in quality Périgord products, they work with duck (foie, rillettes) and farmhouse pork or black Bigorre pork, with andouillette au foie gras (for special occasions), pâté en croûte, chestnut boudin... Menus are available to choose from, both in store (where plenty of gift ideas await you) and on their website, so you can place your order without leaving home. A catering service is also available for individuals and companies.
