Azimut was the brainchild of Vincent and Paul, two beer enthusiasts who decided to take the plunge. Today, the Bordeaux-based microbrewery produces five of the city's most popular beers: American Pale Ale, Blanche Lime Basil, American IPA, Sorachi Oatmeal Stout and French Pale Ale.
