Les Trois Petits Cochons can still dance happily after a successful transfer in April 2015. Pascal Raguin is not new to the business, having received his Qualichef label in Bracieux in 2013, which has now been confirmed in Tours. A former pupil of his predecessor in the store, Pascal Raguin and his wife intend to put their own stamp on the business, first and foremost in the continuity of artisanal production, respectful of recipes and products.
