What makes this the oldest bakery in Franche-Comté? Céline and Laurent Leroy took it over and completely overhauled it with their own hands, turning it into a bakery-patisserie-chocolaterie-glacerie-snacking: all at once! In addition to 100% homemade products, a smiling welcome and a huge range of opening hours, there's a constant quest for quality. Local raw materials (honey, cream, butter, Morteau sausage, Comté, Morbier...) are used and abused by these craftsmen for their creations: seaweed and hemp flour bread, Arlequin and its sweet pastry, homemade pistachio and Morello cherry almond cream, brioches, meringues and other dry cookies such as croquants, sablés, tuiles, langues de chat...
