Pastry The "doigts de Jean Bart", the stars of this pretty boutique, are cakes made with almonds, coffee cream and milk chocolate. An invitation to indulge, as are all the chocolates offered by this house founded in 1905. The various macaroons on offer are of excellent quality, as are the Madagascar vanilla and brown sugar waffles. The house also serves as a tearoom, and offers pastry-making courses given by Jean-Daniel Vandewalle himself.
