Gault&Millau's review

Pastry A pastry shop with a well-deserved reputation, which Dunkirkers refer to interchangeably as "ADJB" or "Aux Doigts de Jean Bart", in the knowledge that they can have complete confidence in Jean-Daniel Vandewalle's excellent production. A beautiful space for tasting, tasty pastries, the chocolate world (with Valrhona) very appetizing, with specialties including the famous "doigts", almond coffee chocolate bars in boxes of 5 or 10. Two stores in Dunkirk, a third in Le Touquet.
