Pastry Artisanal know-how, local and seasonal products, quality raw materials: these are the ingredients that have made this bakery and patisserie a success since it opened in 2019. Nicolas, originally from Normandy and a passionate craftsman, and Charlotte, his partner in sales, offer a fine range of sourdough breads, with pure flour (organic or Label Rouge), seeds and legumes. Don't miss the petit épeautre or intégral, the house specialties. On the pastry side, a variety of great classics, but also revisits: Nicolas brings a touch of modernity to the table, with lighter, less sweet cakes to tempt sharp taste buds. Dare to try the entremets with olive oil mousse and raspberry insert, the quince breads or the Brassadeaux de Provence. Finally, let yourself be tempted by our homemade viennoiseries, a perfect marriage of artisan know-how and quality raw materials, as evidenced by our third place in the departmental competition!
