An old institution, this is the bakery and patisserie in which Charlotte and Nicolas Chedeville excel at the foot of the mythical Mont-Ventoux. winners of 2nd prize for the best croissant in Vaucluse at the departmental competition in 2024, the bakers and patissiers make a number of in-house specialities, such as their traditional red-label baguette, a petit épeautre pur de Sault, seed breads, rye and ancient wheat pies.. Their signature dessert is the Solstice... in winter, with a milk chocolate mousse, Madagascar vanilla cream and caramelized hazelnuts, or in summer, with an olive oil mousse, raspberry jelly and crunchy crumble, enough to make your mouth water! A fine assortment of snacks to satisfy your hunger (varied summer salads, sandwiches, pizzas, focaccias...) with an original cereal and dried fruit energy bar to give you a boost in the middle of the day.
