Greengrocery Ghislaine Varlet opened her Potager in 2015, not far from the Château de Vincennes. As part of her eco-responsible approach, she offers only organic produce from the Ile-de-France region or from sustainable agriculture (for the more expensive products, such as meat or honey). What's more, to avoid wasting unsold produce, soups and jams are made and sold on site.
