Chocolate factory Julien Poireau, barely 30, has returned to his hometown to open his own boutique with the help of his wife, Isoline. Julien keeps a close eye on everything, the selection of products is strict (grand crus of cocoa) and the chocolates produced reveal great qualities in the mouth. We recommend the Cerisia ganache and Japanese tea infusion. Macaroons and confectionery are made with the same care.
