It is undoubtedly one of the best natural wine cellars in Strasbourg, beautifully situated along the banks of the Ill River, right by the water. Jean Walch brings his passion and expertise to bear in presenting his selections: La Graperie, Domaine de la Côtelette, Les Vignes du Maynes, Ruppert-Leroy champagne, Léon Barral, Mireille and Patrick Meyer, Jean-Marc Dreyer, Julien Altaber… Not to mention a fine selection of craft beers.
