Delicatessen As a gourmet artisan, the company is committed to manufacturing at least 80% of its products. And this is the path followed by Karine and Emmanuel Ardillon. They opened a restaurant, then took over the Cochon Gourmand delicatessen to turn it into today's "Délice", with an appropriate catering business. In the butcher's department, blason prestige Limousin meat (raised in the traditional way), Le Baronet du Limousin lamb (renowned for the quality of its rearing) and free-range poultry... make up a fine selection.
