Heir to a company founded in 1746, Au Brasseur took up the torch in the early 90s. The bar-brewery is both a place of welcome and production, offering a range of craft beers - blonde, brown, amber and white - as well as limited editions. A traditional menu, including tartes flambées, is also available.
