It's great to still find family-run bakeries like Céline and Loïc Maingre's! Like attentive parents, they create breads with flavors as varied as the French regions: corn, flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, spelt, olive oil, dried fruit and, of course, traditional baguettes. Don't forget to try a fruit flan or homemade tart for a sweet finish.
