Pastry
A gourmet and delicious shop, a tidy space featuring cakes and specialties (Bourbon vanilla flan, pear-chocolate crumble, lemon-hazelnut tart…), as well as pound cakes, macarons, chocolates, candy, and excellent pastries. The flavors really shine—not too sweet—and the puff pastries are masterfully crafted by pastry chef Nicolas Haelewyn, who was formerly head pastry chef at Ladurée. There are two other locations in Chevreuse and Guyancourt.
