Brewer At the foot of the Forez mountains, the brewery is housed in a former cutlery workshop. The beers are produced using traditional methods, with no artificial flavoring or preservatives. The brewery offers 5 craft beers: La Dame Blanche, La Belle Blonde, La Noire des Bois, Auvergne Pale Ale and Couleur d'Automne. The adjoining store is open from September to June, from 5pm to 7pm, and in July/August from 5pm to 8pm. Online ordering is also available.
