Not the best-known pastry shop in Rouen, but a high-quality spot right in the heart of the city, just off Rue de la Gastronomie, on Rue Rollon. Refined specialties made with carefully selected ingredients, particularly chocolate, but also a very good flan and a classic apple chiboust.
