His impeccably crafted, gourmet creations are the hallmark of a great pastry chef, MOF by trade, who delights us with his specialties: the Chloé almond and cherry tart, the Toulouse Lautrec chocolate and pecan tart, the Marrakech pistachio and orange blossom tart, and of course all the classics, the saint-honoré, the lemon tart and the strawberry tart. In the warmer months, "ice cube" creations are a welcome addition. And don't forget chocolate and macaroons.
