Beekeeper
After training as a beekeeper in the Drôme, Hervé Blanchard set up his apiary in the heart of the Pays de Retz. The company now offers 5 different honeys (summer, sunflower, chestnut, forest and spring). Favoring short distribution circuits, his jars can be found at local sales outlets, notably the Ranjonnière farm in Bouguenais, or at the Saturday morning summer market at Fontaine aux Bretons.
