You're not dreaming: at Angelo Gelato Caffè, we've set ourselves the challenge of making sorbets with lots of fruit, a little water and just sucrose. It's impossible to make ice cream without additives or other processed, healthier products. The result: a distinctive, firm texture and a natural taste. In Montpellier or Carnon, discover seasonal flavors with fresh fruit whenever possible, and fall for recipes that are out of the ordinary: golden latte with spices, Piedmont hazelnut, toasted black sesame, Sicilian pistachio, Madagascar vanilla, Amarena made with cherries from a small producer in northern Italy... It's so good that, after tasting the vegan cone, we decide on the jar to take home and share with friends. You'll also find crêpes and waffles (made with a blend of artisanal flour and local spelt), and a selection of artisanal and organic coffees and drinks.
