The famous cheesemaker has set up his collection in the market hall, on a large display shelf that allows for a substantial selection. All regions are represented (with a good selection from Corsica, for example), including rare and exclusive varieties. Goat cheeses from all over, blue cheeses from here and abroad (Shropshire, Stilton), tommes, Berthault Époisses, well-aged Munster cheeses, Lehmann Cancoillotte, and more. To go with them, condiments (pickles from Maison Marc) and a selection of charcuterie.
