Winemaker
This estate, whose vineyards are located on the hilltop of Marigny-Brizay, was created in October 1995. Its creator, Frédéric Brochet, a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and a scientist by training, is a man apart, who wanted to make Ampelidae the fusion of his rural roots and his scientific thirst to produce contemporary wines. The vineyard is vast, covering 5 estates in the Poitevin hills. A total of 115 ha are vinified each year.
