Chocolate factory Here you'll find infused and spiced ganaches, pure-origin chocolates, pralines, liqueurs and fruit chocolates... Many chocolates are original creations, imagined by Chocolaterie Alliot. These include Fleur Bleue, a dark ganache with Madagascar beans, Earl Grey tea with blue flower and orange blossom, Ô Toulouse, a dark ganache flavored with violet and blackberry fruit paste, and Côte d'Ivoire, a dark ganache with pineapple pulp and pineapple passaô. And for everyday pleasures, the company also offers a highly additive spread that replaces industrial production.
