Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory La Mère de Famille has several stores in Paris, and the traffic from Tours is identical in each one. No particular cachet for this address, but an appetizing superposition of hazelnut and almond-based chocolates, palets (cut for unabashed gourmands), chocolate fondants enrobing raspberry, nougatine, caramel, lemon, candied fruit and marzipan and calissons that inevitably bring a smile to the face.
