Chocolate factory The old-fashioned look, the gold lettering on black mica, the chosen furnishings - this is one of the last remaining examples (one of only 16 in Paris) for the famous chocolate brand owned by the Dolfi family, which today also owns, among others, the Stohrer patisserie and many fine traditional shops throughout France. The historic boutique is located on rue du Faubourg Montmartre.
