Open since 2011, this house offers, as its name suggests, 500 wines, including a very large majority of champagnes (400 varieties) and 100 non champagnes (representing estates that count in each of their respective regions). The choice is clear, ultra-localized and cutting-edge. And to keep the party going, every Saturday morning a Champagne estate comes to present its cuvées (free admission).
