Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located at 1650 m, at the foot of the Sainte-Marie Olympic run, this brand-new boutique hotel (replacing the Hôtel Le Vallon) is already filling up, and all the better for it... We love the charm of the 29 simple yet comfortable rooms and suites, with their king-size beds, thick carpets and warm decor featuring local woods. Equally convivial is the Skitchen restaurant, led by Vincent Poette (ex-Ducasse and Robuchon), which offers accessible, gourmet bistronomic cuisine served in a decor that skilfully blends mountain spirit and design, with solid oak tables made by a local craftsman and a few pieces by Starck or Paulin. A special mention goes to the lounge bar, the perfect place to extend the evenings, and above all, the Nuxe spa with treatments and massages, hammam, sauna and fitness room. Enjoy the sumptuous view over the snow-covered larch forest...
