This restaurant must be paying you or your inspectors had lunch and dinner for free. Maybe you have forgotten to visit this establishment for the last 10 years and simply rely on past menus to complete your notes. Ridiculous assessment. You have listed this establishment ever since its opening 30 years ago and yet you still think Mr Graine is achieving equal grade as did Mr Benoit for decades. Either you have stopped visiting this place long ago or we are not talking about the same restaurant. The heart and soul of this place as long gone so has the attention to details we were accustomed to see in the Benoit era, in the kitchen and in the dining room. As for the menu, lack of imagination, bad execution in a menu that is stuck in the 90's and never manage to excite but disappoint. All the precisions has gone, along with some of the most notorious dishes we enjoyed for years, like the fantastic Monkfish cheeks roasted with apricots (on the menu since opening), the Roasted rack of lamb in thyme crust to name a few...Graine has killed and is still killing an establishment that was once the gastronomic flag of Amiens set in one of the most idyllic place that is the Quai Belu. One day, one hope, once Graine has gone, somebody raises this institution from the ground and bring it back to its old glory. At least Michelin has done their job by removing this establishment in its current state of affairs entirely from their book.
