Carryout With her concept based on culinary workshops, Christine Belleville combines her passion for plants with her taste for others around a vehicle for sharing: cooking. Two or three times a week, she teaches you how to create flavor treasures that are as healthy and gourmet as they are affordable, quick and easy to make. These workshops, led by her expert knowledge, are immersive, as each participant prepares the entire menu before enjoying it on site or at home. "Last time, for starters, participants cooked mini nettle-tomato crêpes; for main courses, sweet clover-scented potatoes with zucchini brunoise; and for dessert, a blackcurrant and meadowsweet sorbet with almond and lemon moelleux", she explains enthusiastically. Some workshops follow a nature harvest. We also like to let go and treat ourselves to an experience of the senses and kindness, by sitting down at her home to blindly savor the delicious, balanced and aesthetically pleasing menu she has cooked with talent.
